2024 Annual Town Meeting Articles
The Planning Board anticipates bringing the following 2 zoning articles to Town Meeting on May 11, 2024:
- Firearm Business Bylaw: Intended to regulate the location, siting, security, safety, and monitoring of firearms businesses in Stow, and to minimize adverse impacts of firearms businesses.
- Proposed bylaw for Town Meeting Warrant, April 16, 2024
- Draft bylaw, as of April 4, 2024
- Draft bylaw, as of February 6, 2024
- Draft bylaw, as of March 15, 2024
- Zoning District Map - proposed bylaw allows Firearms Businesses in the Industrial District through a Special Permit process
- Public Forum: March 19, 2024, 7pm via Zoom
- Proposed bylaw for Town Meeting Warrant, April 16, 2024
- Revise Sections 1.3 and 3.2.2.8 to include reference to commercial stables for the keeping of horses in order to align with Board of Health regulations on the same.
