• The Community Services Coordinator provides comprehensive professional social work services to assist Stow town residents with social, emotional, and economic needs. Services include transitional case management, consultation, information and referral, advocacy and support, and crisis intervention. Services are confidential and open to town residents of all ages and income. 
• The Community Services Coordinator accepts referrals from various sources including community residents, schools, the police and fire department, clergy, doctors, hospitals, and mental health agencies. 
• The Community Services Coordinator can work in collaboration with other community agencies and can meet with clients in the office or the home setting.
