Definitive Plan (If filed within seven (7) months after a Preliminary Plan

Filing fees are non-refundable fees to cover the cost of administration, legal fees, and plan review and are due at the time of submission of the plan. The fee shall be submitted in check form and made payable to the "Town of Stow".  All expenses for advertising, engineering, professional review, construction inspection, recording and filing of plans and documents and all other expenses in connection with or for a subdivision shall be borne by the applicant.
