Doorstep Delivery Program

Doorstep Delivery Program

The Randall Library is pleased to offer a Doorstep Delivery Program for Stow residents who cannot visit the Library.  Through this program library materials will be dropped off and picked up by our Library volunteers at no charge to you.

Eligibility

Patrons requesting doorstep delivery services must:

  • Be a Stow resident
  • Complete a Doorstep Delivery Service Registration form
  • Have a current means of contact: phone and/or email.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries will be made during the week to start. These deliveries will be made to the front door. The volunteer will drop off the items chosen by the patron and will pick up the items that are due back at the library. Currently, items renew automatically.

Our delivery volunteers and staff must undergo a criminal background check.

Fines and Fees

There will be no late fees or fines on materials checked out through this program. Unfortunately, if items are damaged, a replacement fee may incur.

Materials Available

Any circulating item may be borrowed by patrons using the Doorstep program. These items include books, books in large print, audiobooks, music CD’s, children’s materials, movies, Launchpads, Library of Things, magazines, and more.

At this time, there is no limit on the number of items requested at one time although this may be subject to change.
