7:15 Public Hearing - Zoning Bylaw Amendments Proposed for May 11, 2024 Annual Town Meeting:
  • Article 49: Amend Sections 1.3, 3.6.3, 3.10 and create a new Section 8.11
    • For the purpose of creating a Firearms Business Use Bylaw to govern the sales, assembly, and/or manufacturing of firearms and/or components thereof and ammunitions in the Industrial Zoning District.
  • Article 48: Amend Section 3.2.2, Residential District Uses permitted subject to special permit, granted by the Board of Appeals
    • For the purpose of clarifying that a Special Permit is needed for commercial stables on parcels of less than five (5) acres.
