The Residences at Stow Acres Comprehensive Permit Hearing Schedule
Comprehensive Permits often take multiple meetings for the Zoning Board of Appeals to make a decision. Multiple meetings allow for the applicant to share detailed information about the project and for the Board to ask more questions. While there are multiple meetings, there is only one Public Hearing. Public Hearings are continued to another meeting. At the end of a meeting, the time and date for the continuation of the Public Hearing will be announced.
At the January 25,2024 Public Hearing session, the Board and the applicant created a schedule for upcoming sessions. The Schedule is listed below.
