8. Volunteer
Stow TV is looking for volunteers!
- Help Record Meetings and Stow Events - Local producers and volunteers are welcome to help in recording events. Contact us if you would like to record a local event. We will train you and lend you equipment.
- Edit Locally Produced Videos - We have a variety of editing platforms to use, including Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects.
- Create Your Own Show! If you have a good idea for a show that would be of interests to Stow residents let us know!
Great opportunities are available for all interests!
- Help your local community! We record a variety of Stow groups and events, including concerts, fairs, school events and performances, informational talks, government meetings, and other things of local interest.
- Refresh your resume while serving the community and attending fun events.
- Learn more about how local government works.
- Students are welcome and encouraged! Learn about video production and broadcasting with top of the line equipment and editing programs. Perfect if you are interested in Film Studies, Mass Communications, Broadcasting, or Production. You'll gain work experience and make contacts with-in the community. You can even create your own program to use on a demo reel!
No prior experience necessary - we'll give you the training you need to succeed!
