ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
OCTOBER 2, 2017
The meeting was held in Stow Town Building and began at 7:30 p.m. Members present were Edmund Tarnuzzer, Charles Barney, William Byron, Bruce Fletcher and Mark Jones (associate).
Jesus & Maricris Abelarde – At 7:30 p.m. a public hearing was opened on the petition for variance under Section 4.4 of the Zoning Bylaw, "Table of Dimensional Requirements" and for special permit under Section 3.9, "Non-Conforming Uses and Structures", to allow construction of a 24-ft. x 20-ft. two-car garage at 84 Peabody Drive. At 8:15 the hearing was continued until November 6, 2017. (minutes attached)
Martin French – At 8:20 p.m. a public hearing was opened on the petition for variance under Section 4.4 of the Zoning Bylaw, "Table of Dimensional Requirements" and for special permit under Section 3.9, "Non-Conforming Uses and Structures", to allow a 22-ft. x 18-ft. addition to the existing workshop at 151 Barton Road. At 8:40, the hearing was continued until November 6, 2017. (minutes attached)
168 Barton Road Realty Trust – At 8:45 p.m. a public hearing was opened on the petition for variance under Section 4.4 of the Zoning Bylaw, "Table of Dimensional Requirements" and for special permit under Section 3.9, "Non-Conforming Uses and Structures", to allow replacement of an existing dwelling at 168 Barton Road. At 9:10, the hearing was continued until November 6, 2017. (minutes attached)
Stephen Quinn – At 9:12 a public hearing was opened on the application for special permit under Section 3.9, "Non-Conforming Uses and Structures", for change of use to allow a contractor operation in the existing structure at 43-45 Crescent Street. At 9:25 the hearing was continued until November 6, 2017. (minutes attached).
Trustees of Robert T. Dawes Trust – At 9:27 p.m. a public hearing was opened to hear the Appeal from Unfavorable Action of the Building Commissioner related to Parcel 19 on North Shore Drive. The hearing was closed at 9:45 p.m. (minutes attached)
Kathleen Fisher – At 9:47 p.m. a public hearing was opened to hear the Appeal from Unfavorable Action of the Building Commissioner concerning denial of a request for zoning enforcement for property at 84-92 Great Road. At 11:15 the hearing was continued until October 19, 2017 at 7:30pm. (minutes attached).
Adjournment – On motion of Mr. Barney, seconded by Mr. Jones, it was voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 11:17 p.m.
