Certified Abutters List Application - The zoning and parcel maps are maintained annually showing changes regarding sub-divisions, lot splits, and lot line changes. Certified Abutters' Lists required for various applications are available for a fee.

Change of Address Form - The Assessors maintain mailing addresses for tax billing purposes.

Motor Vehicle Abatement Application - The Assessors are responsible for the commitment of motor vehicle excise tax. If you no longer have a car and have turned in or transferred the plate, you may qualify for abatement. Boat Excise Abatement Application - The Assessors are responsible for the commitment of boat excise tax.  You may be eligible for an abatement if your boat has been sold or if you have moved.  Email completed abatement applications to:  assessors3@stow-ma.gov    

Boat Excise Return - Boat owners must file a return with the Board of Assessors each year by August 1.

Boat Excise Bill of Sale - Proof of sale is required for a boat excise abatement.

Boat Excise Status Change Form - This form is filed with the Massachusetts Environmental Police.

Boat Excise Cancellation Form - This form is filed with the Massachusetts Environmental Police.

CPA Exemption Application - The Assessors hold responsibility for administration of the Community Preservation Act (CPA) surcharge, which is added to the real estate tax bill. If your income level falls under certain levels, you may qualify for an exemption from CPA.

Statutory Exemption Application - Statutory exemptions are also processed by the Assessors' office. Qualifying factors may be discussed by calling or visiting the Assessors' office.

Religious and Charitable Organizations Guidelines - The Assessors maintain tax exempt properties under M.G.L. C 59 Section 5

State Tax Form 3ABC - Must be filed by charitable/educational entities by March 1 of current fiscal year.

Form of List - The Assessors are responsible for the assessment of personal property tax. Forms of List are due in the Assessors' office by March 1 of the curent fiscal year.

Chapterland Application - The Assessors maintain land programs under M.G.L. Chapters 61, 61A and 61B
