Draft Housing Production Plan Available for Public Comment

Over the last year, the Planning Department and the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) have drafted an update to Stow’s Housing Production Plan (HPP). An HPP is a policy document that identifies local housing needs, establishes goals for constructing affordable housing, and creates strategies to meet the housing needs and goals of the community. Through June 14, 2024 the Planning Department welcomes comments from Stow residents, employees, and business owners on the HPP update. Comments can be emailed to Valerie Oorthuys at planning@stow-ma.gov or dropped off at the Planning Department office in Town Building.
