August 2, 2018 UPDATE - Upcoming Traffic Impacts
As the drainage installation along Route 117 nears completion, there are two potential travel impacts that may affect traffic the week of August 6th - 10th.
Drainage installation will be ocurring in the vicinity of Route 117 and Bradley Lane on August 6th and 7th - Monday and Tuesday. The work may require the temporary reduction of traffic down to one lane. The lane closure is expected to last two days and is expected to take place after the morning commute.
White Pond Road
Drainage installation at White Pond is slated to begin August 8 10. It is likely, that over the course of these three days, traffic will be reduced to one lane of alternating traffic at times. Again this disruption will be prioritized to take place after the morning rush. Access to White Pond Road will be maintained throughout.
By the second half of August the streetscape improvements will begin to take shape. Sidewalks will begin to be installed along the South Side. As the project team schedules the paving of the sidewalks, look for updates on exact dates of their installation.
