  2. Discuss information from Bartholomew & Company regarding the plan to transfer funds

and whether to move the initial $100,000 from the ending earnings based on the 12/31/22 report or if it should be taken out of principal. 

  1. Discuss any other Library funding updates (if necessary)                                  
  2. Discuss information to include in the 2022 annual town report due in February
  3. Review/Approve minutes of January 25, 2023 meeting
  4. Schedule next meeting date
  5. Adjourn
