This meeting will be held online via the Zoom Web Conferencing Service.  To join the meeting, go to:  https://www.zoom.us/join and enter the meeting ID 963 0849 7760 and password 405444 or use:  https://us02web.zoom.us/j/96308497760 and then enter password 405444.  Please allow enough time to download Zoom before the meeting if you are a new user.    The software is free and you can connect via your browser on your mobile device, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.  If you wish to be seen/heard, you will need a device with a camera/microphone.  If you just want to listen, you can call in by dialing 1-929-205-6099 and enter meeting ID 963 0849 7760 followed by the # sign and then password 405444.  If you would like a copy of the meeting materials please email Krista Bracci at communitypreservation@stow-ma.gov no later than the day before the meeting.  The meeting minutes will continue to be prepared and made available in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.

Meeting Schedule

This meeting is being held via remote participation pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s Orders imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Community Preservation Committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting can be found below. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time, via technological means. In the event that we are unable to do so, despite best efforts, we will post on the Town of Stow website an audio or video recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting.
