If you would like to request a room at the Pompo Community Center at 509 Great Road, please go to the Facilities tab on the home page of the Recreation webpage. You will have to log in or create an account in order to request a room. Once a room is requested the Recreation Department will review the request. If the request is approved you will be sent an email with your permit attached. If your request is denied you will be sent an email explaining the reason why your request was denied.
If you would like a tour of the facility before your scheduled event please contact the Recreation Department at 978-637-2984 or email recreation@stow-ma.gov. Tours can be scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between the hours of 12-3pm. Tours should be scheduled one to two weeks prior to your event if needed.
Oversight of the room rental rules & regulations, facility maintenance and custodial services will continue to be managed by the Building/Facilities Department per the Select Board.
