There are three cemeteries in Stow:

• Hillside Cemetery on Crescent Street
• The Lower Village Cemetery at Great Road and Pompositticut Street
• Brookside Cemetery on Gleasondale Road and Box Mill Road

Note: Lower Village Cemetery and Hillside Cemetery now have information kiosks with map and cemetery index.

The Cemetery Committee (which was composed of three members), disbanded in June of 2023 and was formally dissolved by a vote at the May 18, 2024 Annual Town Election. The responsibilities of the committee - the management, maintenance, and upkeep of the Town's cemeteries - now fall under the Director of Public Works.
