Lower Village Revitalization Subcommittee
Subcommittee of the Planning Board
The Lower Village Revitalization Subcommittee will support the Planning Board’s redevelopment initiatives in Lower Village through oversight of the 2018 Massachusetts Downtown Initiative Grant’s Business District Assessment and Market Analysis, as well as the preparation of a report for the purpose of providing a foundation for a future consultant charged with preparing zoning and design recommendations in Lower Village to encourage preferred growth trends and village-style zoning.
