Capital Planning Committee

* One Member for Three Years
*  Three Associate Members for One Year

Duties:  To study, with the Town Administrator, proposed capital outlays involving the acquisition of land or any expenditures of $10,000 or more, having a useful life of at least three years.    Preparation of an annual report containing a budget of such capital outlays and a capital program for the following four years.

Qualifications:  Registered voter of the Town.  Those to be appointed by the Moderator shall not be   employed by nor serve as officers of the Town.

Term:  Appointment by the Moderator, one voting member three year term to expire at the conclusion of the 2022 Annual Town Meeting.   Associate member terms to expire at the conclusion of the 2020 Annual Town Meeting.
