Well Adult Clinic
Nurses' from Nashoba Associated Boards of Health (who serve as the Board of Health for Stow) will be providing a well adult clinic monthly on the 1st Wednesday of every month from 10 am until 12 noon for all Stow residents. Please drop in. The COA no longer booking appointments.

The Board of Health Nurse Drop-In Clinic is open to all adult Stow residents* each month, free of charge.
Location: Stow Community Center, 509 Great Road
Day: First Wednesday of the Month
Time: 10:00 AM-12:00 PM
Services provided:
- Blood Pressure/Pulse Checks
- Blood Sugar Screening
- Medication Review
- General Health Counseling
- Resource Referrals

In Addition to the monthly drop in clinics, the Nashoba Nurses are available for consultation 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday - Friday by phone at the Nashoba Board of Health office at (978) 772-3335 x 340
