Mission Statement
The Randall Library's mission is to use its resources to contribute to individual and community informational, educational, cultural, recreational and social enjoyment and enrichment:
1) By providing patrons with free and equal access to high quality and continually updated multiformat in-house and inter-library loan materials and internet access.
2) By retaining and cultivating an excellent, efficient and energetic library staff capable of providing general information, reference assistance, facilities management and special programming which encourages youth to grow into avid library patrons and promotes the values of reading and learning.
3) By maintaining and further developing as needed a safe, pleasant library building which serves the diverse needs of individual patrons and community groups.
4) By serving as a repository for Stow-related information.
The Randall Library strives to achieve the goals of its mission effectively and economically.
