The Stow Recreation Commission meets monthly in the Recreation Office at the Town Hall at 6:30 pm. Notices and agendas are posted with the Town Clerk and on the Town Building entrance bulletin board. Meeting are open to the public and interested residents are encouraged to attend.

RECREATION COMMISSION

Duties: To provide and promote recreational services for residents of Stow. To administer current programs, such as town beach, skiing, basketball, etc.
Qualifications: Registered voter of Stow. Interest in recreation for townspeople of all ages. A commitment of time to attend monthly meetings as well as for special assignments.
Term: Appointment by Board of Selectmen for a one-year term, ending June 30, 2009.
Application: The Board of Selectmen will accept letters of application until 5:00 pm on Thurs, Sep 18, 2008.
