Overview
Stow is a great place for tennis! We have two new courts in the Stow Community Park on Old Bolton Road. Weather permitting, tennis can be played from April to December. The tennis nets are taken down during the winter months.
Stow Tennis Group
The Stow Tennis Group is an electronic community, moderated by Stow Recreation, that links tennis players of all ages and skills in town. The group is restricted to residents of Stow. To avoid SPAM, membership requires approval and online group activities are monitored. Join Stow Tennis by sending an email to stowtennis-subscribe@yahoogroups.com with your full name and address so Stow residency can be verified. Group membership is often approved in hours, even over the weekend, but certainly in less than 2 days in most cases.
Stow Tennis Court Reservation System
Public courts come with the risk of the courts being taken when you arrive. To avoid this you can reserve a court online through the Calendar in the Stow Tennis Group. Reserved courts take precedence over unscheduled play and the tennis courts can only be reserved by Stow residents.
