LOWER VILLAGE SUB-COMMITTEE
At their request, the Lower Village Sub-Committee was dissolved by the Planning Board as they completed their tasks and Final Report. The Lower Village Committee was an appointed subcommittee of the Stow Planning Board and spearheaded efforts to improve the Lower Village appearance, traffic flow and pedestrian safety. It has influenced change in the Lower Village, using a public-private partnership and the special permit process to accomplish identity, pedestrian and traffic goals.

At the June 7, 2011 Planning Board meeting, members voted to accept the Lower Village Sub-Committee's Final Report.
