The Stow Memorial Day Parade will begin at 2:00pm Monday, May 30th from the Center School. The route will include a stop at the Brookside Cemetery, with concluding ceremonies at the Randall Library.
Music will be provided by the NRHS Marching Band and the Stow Minutemen. All town Boy and Girl Scout troops are encouraged to march, along with the our First Graders who will bring flowers for the veteran's graves.
State Representative Kate Hogan will be the Guest Speaker at the library.
The Stow Veterans Grave Committee is comprised of 3 volunteer citizens of Stow. Primary responsibility is to ensure the proper marking and identification of veteran graves in the town cemeteries. This includes annual replacement of all flags, usually accomplished the Saturday before Memorial Day. The Committee also coordinates all Memorial Day Parade activities and guest speakers.
