Call the town clerk’s office, 978-897-4514 x1 and we will send out a new form.
Do you know one of the main reasons households do not receive the census form?
We don't have the correct address, usually we don't have the correct PO Box number. Please be sure to provide us with your correct mailing address.
Thank you!
Per Mass. General Law and Stow’s General Bylaws, residents are required to fill out the form and return it to the town clerk’s office within 10 days. Please include information for all members of the household. See the reverse side of the mailing for more detailed instructions. The mailing also included a dog licensing form.
