Stow's Annual SpringFest Weekend is fast approaching and things don't look
promising for a 2012 SpringFest. The SpringFest organizing committee
membership is down from five to three, our list of volunteer help is
dwindling, and Center School grounds are not available due to the ongoing
construction activity.
The next 2012 SpringFest Organizing Committee meeting will be held on
Monday, February 13, 2012, 7:30 p.m. at the Stow Town Building, at which
time we will decide whether or not we should take a break this year and
start planning for a big event next year to be held at the new and improved
Center School site.
We did confirm that Stow Community Park is available for SpringFest, so if
you are interested in making SpringFest 2012 happen by serving on the
Committee (we currently have two vacancies) or volunteering to help plan
events and/or do some heavy lifting on the day of SpringFest, please attend
