The Assessors maps on this website are available for downloading and/or printing. They are in pdf format and are updated annually. The current maps are tied to Fiscal Year 2008 and contain map changes through January 1, 2007.
If you know which map you need, you may go to it directly (click Stow Property Maps). The index map may be used to locate the map of interest. If you have only a street address, use Map Look-up to identify the map you need. Map Look-up also provides the state class of the parcel as well as the acreage.

The digital data sets contained herein were digitized in 1997 by Aerial Survey and Photo, Inc. from mylar tax maps compiled by the J.E. O’Donnell firm in 1971. The parcel data have been updated annually from surveys and deeds of record and have been geo-referenced using the digital ortho-photography data sets published by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Affairs Office of Geographic Information Systems and reside in the Massachusetts State Plane NAD 1983 metric coordinate system.
The Town of Stow and its mapping contractors assume no liability for any spatial inaccuracies which may be represented in these data.
